I was 13, just looking to make new friends. Every summer afternoon, a group of skaters filled the city park—cool kids, stretched out on the grass, laughing in the sun. One day, I asked if I could take their photo.
They laughed when they saw my camera was a Game Boy. We became friends automatically.Thirteen years later, this photo came back to life—rescued by the retro mod scene.
